Welcome to African Language House (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and online learning services (“Platform”).
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Your session is confirmed only after the deposit has been received. The studio reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
Deposits are non-refundable and secure your session time. The deposit will be deducted from the final price of your tattoo. Full payment is due immediately after the session unless agreed otherwise.

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit. Repeated cancellations may require a new deposit or full prepayment.
Clients must be at least 18 years old. A valid government-issued photo ID is required prior to the appointment. No exceptions will be made.
Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions that may affect the procedure or healing process, including but not limited to:
The studio reserves the right to refuse service if a condition may pose a health risk.
Clients must review and approve the final design, size, and placement before the procedure begins. Once the tattoo session has started, changes may not be possible. HALFMOON Tattoo Studio is not responsible for dissatisfaction after final approval.
Proper aftercare is essential for optimal healing. Clients will receive detailed aftercare instructions and are fully responsible for following them. The studio is not liable for complications resulting from improper aftercare.
Complimentary touch-ups may be offered within a specified period at the artist’s discretion. Touch-ups do not apply to damage caused by improper care, sun exposure, or individual skin characteristics.
All custom designs created by HALFMOON Tattoo Studio remain the intellectual property of the artist. Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or used by other studios without prior written permission.
Tattooing involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
By receiving a tattoo, the client acknowledges these risks. HALFMOON Tattoo Studio shall not be held liable for adverse outcomes when proper hygiene and professional standards have been followed.
The studio may photograph completed tattoos for portfolio, website, and social media use. Clients who prefer not to have their tattoo photographed must inform the studio in advance.
HALFMOON Tattoo Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the studio’s services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
